Birthday Poem
by Lee on March 6, 2008
I wrote this for my brother – aged 62+. He’s rather shy and conservative about having his birthday….
I’d like to send a soppy card
A sentimental one
But my brother isn’t ‘new age’
When all is said and done.
He’s really from the old school
Contained and in control
And birthdays just don’t faze him
They’re really rather drole
But I’d like to send him greetings
For a very joyous day
HAPPY BIRTHDAY BROTHER
And that’s all I have to say.
