Q: Hey! I see something on Scrapbook-Quotes.com that is not attributed to the author and I know who said it first.

A: Super! Just post the information (including the quote itself) to the HelpDesk. We will post appropriate attribution to the author for quotes. For other items, we will secure the Master Resale Rights, Royalty-Free rights, or remove it from the site.

Q: Where did you get your content?

A: We secure the content for the site from a variety of sources. The vast majority of it was purchased, but some was given to us Royalty-Free with Master Resale Rights.

Q: How do you use the Alphabet Words area? I see alot of words under each letter, but don't understand what they are for?

A: They're just a convenient list of words that are descriptive and vibrant for teaching young ones their alphabet. Most are simple one or two syllable words and lend themselves well to pictures typical of scrapbooks. For example, you can use them to build a special alphabet scrapbook for your child or grandchild to aid their learning as well as provide an heirloom keepsake made especially for them. Of course, anyone looking for words that start with a particular letter would find far more in a dictionary, but I think it's a bit overwhelming, don't you?

Errors, Bugs, and Reporting Site Problems

Q: How do I report a bug in your site?

A: Simply post a note to the HelpDesk with as much information as you can about the error. We'll look into it and get back to you with our actions

Q: I notice the fonts or sizes of one of your pages is messed up. How do I tell you?

A: Please post the page name and the beginning text to the HelpDesk. We'll make the appropriate corrections

Q: Several Bonus Items won't let me download them. I right click and choose, save as, but I get this error message, "MS Internet Explorer IE cannot download birthday.jpg from www.scrapbook-quotes.com. IE was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailabe or cannot be found. Please try again later. OK."

A: You discovered a side-effect of having a more secure website. Here's how you can get the images. For images, click on the link, then "Right-Click" on the image and choose "Save Picture As" to Download. For other file types (like PDF files), you can still "Right-Click" on the link and choose "Save As" to Download.

Q: I just tried to go to a specific link and got an error. What's going on?

A: Scrapbook-Quotes.com tries to make the site as secure as possible, so the most likely cause is that you did not log in before trying to go to the specific page you're interested in. If you were logged in, but it's been awhile since there was any activity on the session, your session may have expired. Simply try logging in again and navigate to the page you want to view. Sorry, the way the system is set up, you will not be able to use your history folder to return to the page unless it is in your current session.

Q: I'm a PrincessCrafts Platinum member and I cannot get to the content on Scrapbook-Quotes.com or Digital-Scrapbooks.com. I keep getting an error message. What's going on?

A: As you know, Digital-Scrapbooks.com and Scrapbook-Quotes.com are independent sites that are run on a different server and using different software. Wes and Kathy have been my personal friends for 14 years and I offered to help by taking over and running the Digital-Scrapbook site last year. Scrapbook-Quotes is a spin off that is completely my own. As a result, I provide the links and promotion codes to Wes and Kathy to use on their PrincessCrafts sites for their members to get access under an agreement I have with them for their Platinum members. Even so, Platinum members must still register independently with Digital-Scrapbooks and Scrapbook-Quotes. Please try logging in at http://scrapbook-quotes.com/r/login.php This would be the link you would use whenever you would like to use the site. If you're using links from one of the other PrincessCrafts sites, post the location (URL) of the page from your browser address bar to the HelpDesk so I can provide the correct one to Wes and Kathy.

Refunds

Q: It's been less than 60 days since I signed up, how do I cancel my subscription?

A: Simply post an email at the HelpDesk asking for a refund. We will refund your money through PayPal within 48 hours.

Q: Will you accept phrases, quotes, and poems from customers?

A: Sure! But we have to require that if you own the copyrights to the material submitted, you grant Scrapbook-Quotes.com unlimited use, reuse, and resale rights. Some people call these "Master Resale Rights" or "Royalty-Free Rights." Sorry, we cannot accept anything that you do not own the rights to or that you're not allowed to transfer.
